Application processing rules and privacy policy
By confirming this item, the applicant accepts the following terms for processing the application, data and competition materials:
I confirm that I have the right to submit the application on behalf of the nominee, company, team, project or individual specified in the form.
I confirm that all information, files, links, images, logos, presentations and other materials provided by me are accurate, legally obtained and may be transferred to the competition organizers.
I understand that I must not include information subject to NDA, trade secret, restricted access regime or other confidentiality obligations to third parties.
I understand and accept that the materials I submit may be disclosed, published, quoted or used publicly within the competition, communications, competition website, nominee pages, press releases, social media, presentations, reports and partner materials.
I authorize the competition organizers to process, store, systematize, verify, analyze, supplement, compare and use the received data in accordance with internal rules, regulations and applicable law.
I authorize the transfer of application data and materials to jury members, the Expert Council, sponsors, partners, contractors, consultants, technical providers, PR and marketing agencies, and other persons involved in organizing, evaluating, promoting and analyzing the competition.
I authorize the use of my contact details to communicate with me regarding the current and future competitions, events, partner initiatives, informational notices, marketing and research tasks, including but not limited to email newsletters, phone calls, messages, surveys and analytics.
I understand that data of all participants may be used by organizers, sponsors and partners for research, market analytics, reports, market studies, presentations, ratings, industry reviews, statistical materials and publications, including in aggregated or anonymized form.
I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee winning, receiving an award, finalist status, public placement, a partnership offer, investment, commercial contract or any other benefit.
I undertake not to influence the voting process or the work of organizers, sponsors, partners, jury members and Expert Council members in any illegal, unfair, manipulative or hidden manner.
I declare that the data and files I provide do not contain malicious code, injections, hidden scripts, phishing elements, manipulative instructions, exploits, trackers or other dangerous actions.
I confirm that the application materials do not violate copyrights, related rights, trademarks, patents, licenses, personal, reputational or other rights of third parties.
I understand that the organizers may request additional documents, confirmations, links, explanations or evidence of the legality and accuracy of the submitted information.
I accept that the organizers may reject, hide, remove from consideration, disqualify or delete an application if false information, rights violations, unsafe materials, manipulation attempts or non-compliance with competition rules are found.
I authorize the storage of application materials for the period necessary to conduct the competition, follow-up communications, archiving, analytics, reporting, dispute resolution, protection of organizers' rights and fulfillment of legal obligations.
I understand that part of the data may be stored and processed using cloud services, CRM, email services, analytics systems, file storage and other technical tools used by the organizers and their contractors.
I agree that organizers, sponsors and partners are not responsible for the consequences of my voluntary disclosure of information that I had no right to disclose or should have anonymized, removed or agreed with rights holders in advance.
I authorize the use of the project name, nominee name, logo, public description, images, links and other public materials to promote the competition, publish lists of participants, finalists and winners, and for subsequent reports and presentations.
I understand that I may request clarification, correction or deletion of certain personal data within the limits of applicable law and the organizers' technical capabilities.
I confirm that I have carefully read these terms, understand their meaning and voluntarily accept them before submitting the application.
